Powerful golf swing rotation

How does it work?

The TPI medical screen involves the most detailed analysis of human movement in relation to the golf swing that TPI has to offer.

1. Book an initial TPI screening session (55 minutes long; £95)

2. Claire will conduct a one-to-one physical screening and thorough examination of your body's function in relation to golf-specific mobility, strength and power.

3. Claire will develop a four-week customised exercise programme to perform at home and/or the gym, to start improving your game (included in the initial screening price)

4. After identifying the key areas to improve on in your golf swing, based on a holistic biomechanical assessment, Claire will suggest the most appropriate course of action: possibly a combination of manual therapy Osteopathy appointments and golf-specific Pilates sessions to achieve your goals quicker and enhance the benefits of the programme.

nb: Please note that this is a golf fitness assessment only and therefore no golf swing coaching will be administered. You can work on your golf-specific technique with your current coach, and Claire will be more than happy to liaise with him/her.

“Working with Claire has been fantastic. Clearly she is a very good osteopath. But it is the golfing knowledge that Claire brings to the sessions which makes them extra beneficial. Not only are the exercises tailored to give the strength and flexibility in the places where you need them as a golfer. She also helps improve my game by explaining to me (or helping me to work out for myself) how to use my body correctly when I’m trying to swing the club the way my coach wants me to.

I couldn’t recommend her more highly.”
